Deposits and cancellations
If you are sick, please reschedule or cancel. Masks are required and must be worn at all times unless makeup or facial services are provided. NO EXTRA GUEST'S ARE ALLOWED. All deposits are non-refundable and will go towards your remaining service balance. Payments are accepted using credit cards/debit linked through our site. Cash App is accepted as well.
If you are running late, you will have a 15 min grace period before your appointment is cancelled. Feel free to reschedule if alternative times are available on the booking calendar.
After service upkeep/care
Services are complete at time of service. we will not be correcting any previous work due to normal wear and tear from client

This service includes a shampoo and conditioner, blow dry, use of all-natural hair oil. With this sew in installation it's achieved using a needle and thread. Track hair is provided or you have the option of providing your own type of hair.
Quick weave

This service requires for your hair to be freshly washed and blow dried. A black stocking cap is provided to go over the braided pattern for the install., with this quick weave track hair is provided or you have an option of providing your own type hair for the installation, this style is achieved with a minimal amount of leave out.
Crochet braids

This service requires for your hair to be freshly washed and blow dried. Add on braid down when booking this type of service. You'll also need to bring 4 packs of freetress synthetic crochet braiding hair.
